Standard Instruction & Preventive Measures

  • Use ISI marked and low friction good quality pipes, cable & motor starter.
  • Pump should be run for few minute at least once in 2 days to prevent it from seizing.
  • Pump should not be operated dry. Install dry run preventer to protect the pump set from running dry.
  • Earthing is compulsory.
  • Distance of cable (motor to starter), elbows, tee and bands directly affect the performance of pump.
  • Best efficiency of pump at duty point (S1 Duty).
  • The performance data are at rated voltage (50 Hz) and are only indicative.
  • Pipe sizes mentioned in mm are nominal pipe sizes and are nearest conversion on inches, pipe threads are provided as per BSP standard.
  • Any type of change is not valid in our product because the design of our model is directly connected to winding data.
